What this website collects

aplaprint.com has no forms and uses no cookies, analytics or advertising tools.

The server keeps standard technical logs: IP address, date and time, page address and browser type. They are used only to run and secure the website and are deleted after 14 days.

Contacting us by email

When you email us, we process your email address, name, company and message to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We keep correspondence for the duration of our talks and cooperation, then for the limitation period for claims, or longer where the law requires it (e.g. tax law).

Who receives the data

Service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, servers in the European Union) and email hosting (ehost, Poland).

We do not sell data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object.

You can lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or your local authority.
